Conditions
Booking
1. All accommodation is subject to not being let at the time your deposit is received.
2. The balance of payment is due 28 days prior to arrival. The proprietors reserve the right to re-let the unit if your balance is not paid by the due date.
3. In the event of a cancellation, the whole of the hire charge becomes due unless 6 weeks notice is given. In cases of serious illness the proprietors will consider each case on its merits. A Medical Certificate will be required in this event. The deposit is non-returnable if cancellation is required at any time.
4. Caravans are fully equipped with the exception of linen. Hirers must bring their own duvet covers, sheets, towels and pillowcases etc.. Bed linen packs are available to hire. The electricity is supplied on a £ meter.
5. Caravans are let on the condition that the hirers undertake to leave it clean and tidy. There will be a £25 charge if they are not clean.
6. Hirers are responsible for any damage, loss or breakages to caravan or equipment during the hire period.
7. Only the number of people advertised may occupy each unit.
8. Arrival time 2pm, departure 9am
Animals
Owing to abuse by certain animal owners we regretfully have to introduce the following rules which will be strictly enforced.
9.1 Only one dog permitted. No cats. Boarding for other animals is available nearby.
9.2 Not more than 1 dog per caravan
9.3 Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and owners must clear away any fouling of the park by their dog.
9.4 Dogs must to be allowed to sit on day seats or beds of caravans and owners must bring a basket or blanket for their dog.
9.5 Dogs must not be left in the caravan unattended at any time.
Cars
10. Only one car is permitted adjacent to a caravan. Further cars must be parked in the car park at a charge of £2 per week per extra car.
